Who We Support

 

We welcome referrals for individuals with a wide range of conditions and diagnoses, including but not limited to:

  • Learning Disabilities

  • Autism and Asperger Syndrome

  • Dual Diagnosis

  • All Types of Schizophrenia and Personality Disorders

  • Depression, Anxiety, and OCD

  • Challenging Behaviours

  • Addictive Disorders (e.g. alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex)

Working In Partnership

 

We accept referrals from a variety of trusted agencies, including:

  • Housing Options Teams

  • Social Services

  • Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT)

  • Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDT)

  • Probation Services & Police

  • Drug and Alcohol Intervention Programmes

  • Other supported housing providers and charities

 

Our collaborative approach ensures a smooth transition into supported living and continued access to all necessary services.

At Platinum Living Care, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, safety, and independence. Our Adults’ Supported Living Service is designed specifically for individuals aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex behavioural needs. We provide a safe, warm, and supportive home environment where each person can develop life skills, make personal choices, and become an active member of their community. Our goal is not just to care—but to empower individuals to live fuller, more independent lives.

What We Offer

We operate within a structured 24/7 supported living framework, ensuring that every resident receives the care and guidance they need, when they need it. Our settings are thoughtfully designed to promote stability, growth, and a sense of belonging.

Each individual receives:

  • A personalised care plan, centred around their specific needs, preferences, and goals

  • A private space, with the option to decorate and make it truly their own

  • Ongoing, compassionate support from highly trained professionals

  • Opportunities for social engagement, skill-building, and community integration

 

We offer short-term and long-term tenancies ideal for:

  • Individuals transitioning from hospital or temporary supported housing

  • People at risk of homelessness or relapse without appropriate accommodation

  • Adults seeking a permanent, supportive living arrangement tailored to their condition and capacity
