YOUNG
ADULTS
SERVICE

Grey Limbo

At Platinum Living Care, we are passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges, build confidence, and realise their full potential. We work in close partnership with local council leaving care teams, Family Intervention Projects, probation services, community organisations, and national charities—including The Prince’s Trust—to deliver tailored, empowering support for young individuals.

We understand that each young person’s background and journey is unique. However, many face similar barriers that can hold them back, including:

  • Poor educational outcomes

  • Inadequate support networks

  • Low aspirations or motivation

  • Low self-esteem and lack of confidence

Our service is designed to address these challenges head-on by helping young people take positive steps toward a brighter future.

What We Offer

We focus on building confidence, raising aspirations, and encouraging positive engagement with the wider community. We support each young person in finding volunteering or employment opportunities that not only match their interests but also help them form new friendships, develop life skills, and build a sense of purpose.

Every client receives one-to-one support tailored to their personal circumstances. This includes:

  • Confidence-building and motivational mentoring

  • Practical help with CV writing and interview preparation

  • Exploring volunteering or job opportunities that are enjoyable and accessible

  • Ongoing support and encouragement to maintain engagement

Our goal is not only to prepare young people for employment or volunteering but to ensure they feel supported, valued, and capable every step of the way. We remain a consistent presence for as long as they wish to access our help, encouraging positive participation in community life and personal development.
